We always want our custom apparel to be worn, but what if your workforce is in an office? Jersey Ink believes your business should create custom business apparel.
The million-dollar question, “what does business casual mean?”. Trust us, not everyone quite understands. Basically, it is the combination of business attire with a few casual details. However, a lot of workers tend to take it too far. So, we have a simple solution. We encourage businesses to have custom business apparel for their staff. Show your staff you are unified with embroidered corporate clothing. If your business has a guideline of wearing custom clothing, staff will know what they can and can’t wear. So, what items will you have customized? Jersey Ink has a few ideas.
Custom Embroidered Items
Some of the best items we recommend are company logo t-shirts, embroidered sweaters, dress shirts, and jackets. These items are versatile, stylish, appropriate for business, and could be worn outside of work! We like to think of custom items as walking billboards. So, make them fashionable enough that your staff will want to wear them outside of work. It may build pride for their company and work. Also, consider having custom pants. We believe that any pants minus leggings and blue jeans are business casual (but they are acceptable for casual Fridays). Generally, skirts are acceptable as well. However, the rule of thumb is they can not be two inches above the knee.
What Not to Wear
These are no-brainers, but we do not encourage any offensive graphic designs. Also, steer clear of too much revealing clothing. Please, no shorts! Generally, if you are a staff that is unsure what to wear to work, consult your boss to make sure everything is up to code.
