This may sound silly but having a proper secluded space is essential for working. Try to stay away from any distractions, and make sure you stay motivated! If you have an extra room we suggest you use it when it is available. Also, make sure your computer, or laptop is working well.
For the first time in a while, you have the power to be comfy at your home workplace. So, take advantage whenever you can! Find a comfortable chair instead of your kitchens barstool. Find some chairs that will have back support and keep you comfy.
For many of us, Zoom meetings have become the new norm. So, make sure your represent your company and brand to the highest level. If you are portraying that life is business as usual, really sell it by wearing your work shirts and your company’s logo. Above all, make sure you keep employee shirts and branding within the camera’s scope. All employee shirts and other apparel should be on you at any given moment. You could also keep it “business up top, casual on the bottom”, and nobody will be able to tell!
