At Jersey Ink, we aim to deliver our customers top-quality screen printing and embroidery products. However, as our printing processes have inherent variability, a certain amount of spoilage is expected. Spoilage refers to any product that doesn’t meet our quality standards due to defects or mistakes during production.
We allow up to 3% spoilage on all orders, which may result in up to 3% fewer products than the quantity ordered. To account for this, we recommend ordering additional units, especially if exact counts are needed.
